Red Frills Mustard are harvested when they are around 1-2 inches tall, typically within 7-14 days after sowing the Seeds. These young greens are rich in nutrients, including vitamins (such as vitamins A, C, and K), minerals, and antioxidants, making them a healthy addition to your diet.
